English boxing, also called the SWEET SCIENCE, is a combat sport in which two opponents, of the same weight category and same gender, meet in a ring, wearing padded gloves to limit the risk of cuts, and exchange punches, aimed at the face and the body. The fight is divided into time intervals, the rounds, separated by a minute of rest announced by a bell where the pugilist can be advised and treated if necessary.
It is a very complete sport that develops and tones most of the muscles of the body (arms, shoulders, abs, lumbar, legs, etc.)
English boxing also helps develop endurance and reflexes.
